I’m a serial social entrepreneur and impact strategist with 20+ years of experience advising leaders at the intersection of philanthropy, capital strategy, and systems change.

As the Founder & CEO of làmdi, a strategy and impact consultancy, I lead a team to support CEO's, founders, donors, family offices, boards, and institutions through high-stakes transitions, including executive leadership change, board evolution, organizational restructuring, philanthropic strategy shifts, capital mobilization, and cross-sector collaboration. Our work integrates executive coaching, organizational change management, donor engagement, and impact investing strategy to align values, governance, and capital for measurable, long-term impact.

My career spans public-sector leadership, civic innovation, philanthropy, venture-backed startups, housing and real estate development, and national coalition-building. I’ve partnered with UHNW individuals, family offices, foundations, financial institutions (including banks and CDFIs), impact investors, and public agencies to design donor and capital strategies, steward complex stakeholder ecosystems, and move resources toward equity and regenerative outcomes.
